EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation
With the present policy CampuStore S.r.l. intends to inform users visiting the website www.campustore.com (hereinafter the ‘Site’) of the policy adopted regarding the Protection of Personal Data, emphasising its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which applies both if you access the Site and simply decide to browse through it, and if you intend to use our services.
Browsing within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain areas in which the user may freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him or her in order to access specifically identified services (e.g. to register on the Site and create a personal account or request information through the ‘Contacts’ section, etc.).
Where, therefore, the user intends to provide his or her personal data in order to access these additional services, he or she will be expressly informed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘Regulation’) with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by CampuStore S.r.l. as well as the right to request the deletion of the data or its update at any time.

CampuStore S.r.l. provides you with the following information.
1. Identity and contact details of the Data Controller
The website www.campustore.com (the ‘Site’) is managed by CampuStore S.r.l., with registered office in Viale Asiago 113, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) C.F. and P.IVA 02409740244, e-mail info@campustore.it (‘CampuStore’), in its capacity as Data Controller pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘Regulation’).
2. Types of personal data processed
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are sections of the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register on the site and access your account), or services for the use of which you must provide your data (e.g. to contact us, receive the newsletter, etc.).
With reference to the data relating to navigation within the Site, see also point 6 below concerning the profiling tools used by the Site.
3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Data are collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site and its services. The purposes for which the data are used are set out in detail in the specific notices provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information notices that from time to time illustrate the characteristics of the processing that will be carried out by CampuStore (e.g. for registration on the Site and creation of your personal account, to send requests via the ‘Contacts’ section, etc.).
Your data will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations.
4. Optional supply of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases may failure to provide data make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration - and the provision of personal data and e-mail address - is necessary to create a personal account on the Site); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent CampuStore from providing access to the Site's services or from responding to users' requests.
The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - e.g. by marking them with an asterisk (*) - and the consequences of failure to provide them are set out in the specific information on the data collection pages.
5. Method of data processing and scope of communication
The data will be processed electronically. CampuStore guarantees the lawful and correct processing of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with the regulations in force, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration.
The data will not be disseminated and will be processed by staff expressly authorised to manage the Site by the ICT and Marketing Department.
For organisational and functional requirements, CampuStore has appointed a number of service providers functional to the management of the Site as external processors of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of services. 6. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the website www.campustore.com and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. CampuStore cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.
7. Profiling and/or personalisation tools
CampuStore does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising activities without the prior express consent of the user.
The Site uses ‘cookies’, both technical (i.e. to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profiling (i.e. to analyse users and their behaviour and preferences, and to provide them with personalised advertising).

8. Place of data processing and transfers outside the European Union
Processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out at the registered office of CampuStore, in Viale Asiago 113, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) - Italy. The processed data collected and processed through the Site will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
9. Period of data retention
Your data will be processed for the time periods specified in the specific information provided at the time of collection (e.g. registration with the Site and creation of your personal account, use of the contact service, etc.).

10. Rights of the interested parties
By means of a communication to be sent to info@campustore.it, CampuStore S.r.l., with registered office in Viale Asiago 113, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI), you may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, including knowing what data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use it, modifying the data you have provided or cancelling it, asking us to limit the use of your data, requesting to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consent (if any). You may also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or the analysis of your preferences.
11. Who you can contact to lodge a complaint
We remind you that if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you may always lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the data protection authority of the country in which you normally reside or work, or of the place where the alleged infringement occurred.
13. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 which ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
14. Revision clause
CampuStore reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy, also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations on the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending e-mails to registered users of the Site and (ii) posting on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as published and communicated. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your e-mail inbox.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘Regulation’) CampuStore S.r.l., with registered office in Viale Asiago 113, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) C.F. and P.IVA 02409740244, e-mail info@campustore.it, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter: ‘CampuStore’ or the ‘Site Manager’), provides you with the following information regarding the cookies installed on the website www.campustore.com (hereinafter the ‘ Site’).
1. What are cookies

By means of a communication to be sent to info@campustore.it, you may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, including:

- obtain access to your personal data and to the information indicated in Article 15 of the Regulation;
- obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or the integration of incomplete personal data;
- obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you without undue delay;
- obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you;
- to be informed of any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you;
- receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you.
In particular, your right to revoke at any time any processing consents you may have given and to object to our analysis activities remains unaffected.
Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 21 of the Regulation, you shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you carried out in pursuance of the legitimate interests of the Controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
